Do you feel like all you do is think about food and what to eat or not eat? Are you tired of making a food plan and then blowing it with a binge when you are trying to be healthy? Do you feel like you are addicted to food or have emotional eating issues?

If so, then you might be interested in the Food Freedom Lunch & Learn in order to understand why diets don't work, why it's not your fault and why having more willpower is not the solution. 

We will spend an hour together in your own personalized Lunch & Learn. Topics can include why diets don't work from a mind, body and spirit perspective and why the harder you try to lose weight, the harder it becomes. Topics can also include learning more about Intuitive Eating, Health at Every Size or Body Trust. You get to pick the topic! Do you have questions you have always wanted to ask a coach who specializes in understanding your relationship with food and body? Now is your chance. You will also learn what steps you can take starting now to find peace with food. 

How it works:

This experience is customized for you. First, you will fill out a brief questionnaire in order to determine what it is you most want to focus on in our time together. Then we will schedule a 60 minute phone call or online video session. At the end of the hour you will have more information about your topic of choice, and you will know what choices you have to feel better and the top tools I recommend to find peace with food and your body for good. In addition, you will get access to my Introduction to Body Trust workbook and my Self-Compassion workbook.

This is the first step in freeing yourself from obsessive thoughts about food and body so you can devote more time and energy to creating joy in your life.
