Using the foundational principles of allowance, permission, trust and compassion I coach, mentor and teach women how to view life through a new lens and learn how to find peace with food and their bodies.

 We start with talking about your body, but what you learn may change your life.

We approach this topic from all different perspectives - mental, emotional, spiritual and energetic, as well as the physical.

This journey will be on your time and following your unique path, no one else’s. On this path you will learn to come home to yourself.

I am a Certified Professional Coach (iPEC), mentor and teacher who has studied the science and psychology behind dieting so I could better understand my own behavior. I offer my clients the same information, tools and techniques that helped me learn to love and accept myself and my body, no matter what size.

I have also completed the Be Nourished Certified Body Trust® Provider training, and am a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and Certified Eating Psychology Coach.

I’ve lived this experience and worked with clients all over the world who are living it as well.
